Had a great experience except for when it came to pricing I was quoted One price then came back in for my appointment and was quoted a totally different price that was higher than the original price for the same service that was offered

Was not allowed to combine my free oil change cards.even though i asked on my last visit and was told not a problem because my new vehicle only required a conventional oil change which was the cheapest. Was told that that guy who told me that was fired. Wh

Very friendly and accommodating especially because there was an unexpected problem with a part on my power steering pump. They were very helpful and fixed my car the fastest they could.

"Along with the normal oil change, I was advised that both air filters (engine and cabin) should be replaced and I okayed the work. Total cost of the work was a little over 200.00. I was there around 2 hours while they waited for the filters to be delivered"

Site clean. staff friendly. Service clearly explained. They were able to take me in right away and I was so relieved at the cost! I needed to have 1 damaged tire replaced and will be back in the spring for the other 3. Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience! Good, honest, service is not always available to senior women regarding auto repair!

The assistant manager is extremely rude in his attitude. He is also dishonest in the service he provides at his store.

Overall very satisfied

I have had so many issues. Had to take the car back twice to get my car fixed halfway correct. When I asked for them to do a tune up I asked them to check my belt twice. I even asked Midas on Hilliard Rome to check my belt. 3 times I was told it was fine.

I came in for a Tune up my receipt says I had a tune up a package it didn't even last a week I had to get help my car was shaking I had to pull off the side of the road and have somebody get me and drive my car cuz I was afraid I had to repay because they

They all were very nice they explained everything and answered all my questions and gave me some quotes for other services I need and I appreciate there kindness

They only change oil they check your car they mess up my car and damage and when I talk to the manager he was rude and disrespectful

I was extremely satisfied with Josh and his welcoming attitude. He was clear and thorough with the questions I had and was just overall wonderful to deal with.

this was my first time dealing with Midas and it was great service from the start! The tech was very nice and did a great job. The shop was very clean and looked very professional. The oil change took about 15 minutes. This is fast from where i was going to get it done.I will 100% be back for service at this shop. Thank you for great service and see you next time!!
