I made an appointment prior to the service. There was no waiting. They started right away, communicated the found issue, offered options and went to work once my decision was made.

I have a work truck that takes a beating and its never in tip-top condition so when I need to just put some tires on my truck and get an alignment done that's all I'm looking for. I have done almost all the repairs on my truck myself and I don't like being hassled about what doesn't look up to par because I'm well aware of what needs to be done. Midas got the job done and never once tried to hassle me or give me some run down on the damage as if I don't know my vehicle. I was completely dissatisfied with the tire shop I visited in the past for numerous reasons, and now I've found a tire shop I can depend on-Midas.
