I needed my mini van to be inspected before the end of month and your employee Rick fit me in the busy work schedule which I appreciated very much since I am a new customer. My neighbor referred me and I’m glad she did. I will be needing new brakes and I scheduled an appointment with Rick for this Monday.

I didn’t have an appointment, but was told to just bring in my car and drop it off and they would try to fit it in as soon as possible. I had my car by the late afternoon, couldn’t ask for anything better.

I went in for an inspection. I told the associate that I needed air I’m my tires, and asked if he could also correct the time in my clock. He was extremely cordial & accommodating. It turned out that my tire had a screw in it, and needs to be patched. They consulted me, then did the repair. NO CHARGE! They also googled the method to change the time on my clock. They did it. NO CHARGE. I WILL be back!!

We have been dealing with this Midas location for years, and have the utmost confidence in Rick, Dean and crew. Never once have they said we needed work that was unnecessary. Never once have we been mislead about anything. Never once have we been unhappy with our experience. We take our vehicles here for everything, and will continue to do so.
