We have used our Rome Midas shop for all our vehicle needs for many years. Would not consider going somewhere else. Rick is an excellent manager and spokesman for Midas; always willing to take some extra minutes to explain why something isn't working correctly on our vehicles, etc. Never doubt that we are being sold something we don't need to that some repair is being done that wasn't really necessary. For a person like myself who is not a mechanic, that is reassuring that I have full confidence in the crew members at Rome Midas that they are taking the best care of my car.
