I will never recommend anyone I know to come here or ever bring any of my vehicles here again Worst customer service they had some from a different state that didn?t know Nys laws.

Was presented with top 3 tires suited for my SUV with pros and cons of each. Tires were quickly installed and I am extremely happy with the quality and the service.

This place is horrible they took 4 hours to change a tire and they never sealed the tire which made it fax the next day will never come here again

Rick and Dean are great at communicating everything that was going on with my vehicle and kept me up to date on its progress.

Midas does good work but you pay out your *** for the work. With the pandemic going on I don?t have this kind of money and it seems that Midas always finds another problem from what I came in for .

I called was able to get right in and my service was completed within a timely manner. The service provider was very straightforward and kind.

Service personnel told me needed a bunch of stuff I didnt need and then told me i had too pay again when i come back a extra 10 bucks. Very disappointed in this company rome. Ny black river bolivard

It was my first time doing business with Midas. I scheduled and oil change, tires were rotated and the associated called with questions regarding air filter and battery change. I ordered air filters. There was no "pushing" for me to buy just recommendations which I appreciated deeply. Associate Rick, was completely professional and great customer service. I think it surprised him that I knew what needed to be changed and not (that I knew my car). I dropped car off and went to work to pick it up later on. Awesome place. Thank you for a great experience.

I have a serious issue with this place I took my 2006 Volvo in for a simple oil change. Upon completion of the job they slam the hood down so hard that it shook the windows and I I could feel it. I was going to let it go and I paid for the oil change. They

Dean and his team were professional, polite, and prompt. They took care of the problem that I brought to them and did it in a cost effective manner. They didn't try to gouge me the way I've been gouged by other garages. I plan to bring my car back soon to get the inspection.

Worst car-repair experience I've had in 30 years! Took FOREVER to install a battery. Tried hard to scare me into doing nearly a thousand dollars of added work that I didn't need. This place is a snake pit!
