Staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the issue. Anytime I called for an update, the manager had no problem updating me if there would be a delay. Great service and excellent customer service.

I absolutely like this location and the staff. They are straight on information for customers and constantly improving.

The service was completed in a very reasonable amount of time, and updates were given along the way. Charlie was very friendly, helpful and professional with his advice and quick to provide answers and offer solutions. (As a result, I had the right-rear turn signal bulb replaced during my visit.) He also applied the appropriate coupon savings without my having to ask. The service technician also offered his advice regarding the value of the various oil change options. And lastly, the location is close to my home.

The manager did a wonderful job of communicating with me when my tires could not be sourced for job completion in time. He made sure to procure the tires I needed first thing the next morning and had my vehicle completed in a satisfactory period of time. I have had nothing but good experiences at this store and will continue to take my business there in the future for both of our vehicles.
