the guys at midas are very courteous and helpful they did put my mind at ease for the problem that I had with my car and they even fixed my tire which turned out to have a nail in.

They were able to get me in the same day I scheduled for, only took an extra day to get the car fixed. Quick, quality work to replace my whole exhaust system. Price was fair, a little high for what we were expecting, but still fair. Called a couple of times to update me and tell me my options, pickup was smooth and painless too.

Although the customer service was great I am not sure how much longer I will be coming to Midas since they have discontinued the military discount. I have been coming here for almost three years but I may be going somewhere else.

Associate took my car right back, the wit was not long at all, he came out and told me I needed a cabin filter but not the air filter...he brought both out for me to see and the total price wasn't bad considering I need 100% synthetic oil and the cabin filter.
