Well had the drums taken off and they were turned. One was warped and the shop person said that both must be close to knew. Told me that the not that bad but it had to be turned too. Brought the vehicle back because I thought this might be the problem b

My wife and mother came in for brakes to be looked at. They were told that the rears were shot and the fronts were at 10% and the cost of pads ONLY were over $700. My wife said NO and went to discount tire to have them done. At discount they found that the brakes are at 75% and were shown the situation. Also for the job in the future it would be about $200. I can not believe there are businesses still trying to rip off ladies and elderly especially through fear of their lives.

I have never been more dissatisfied with a service in my life. It took over eight weeks for my car to come back to me, and it was clearly an issue they were not ready to handle. They spoke down to me, refused to speak to me about my car, and sent me home with more problems than I came out with. I am absolutely horrified from this experience and will NEVER allow anyone I know to go to Midas ever again. My grandmother used to work from Midas corporate, and that’s why I brought my car there, but I will never again go. Midas Mt. Pleasant MI is a disgrace to Midas everywhere.
