"I come in every 4-5 weeks for an oil change and they have provided fast friendly service, even if I forget to make an appointment they accommodate me. They also inspect my vehicle so I am aware of upcoming needed repairs. The manager James is great."

This is the third time I have been to this location and the staff is awesome. I have done only oil changes the last two times but the first was having some issues addressed and it was handled well. I like the diagnosis done on an oil change so I know issues before they become an issue.

I was driving from my home in Ohio to my company in Grand Rapids. My exhaust system split apart and portions were dragging on the road. I trust Midas and found the Okemos location on my iphone. Car was driveable and I made it to the shop where it was immed

James and his crew were a big help to me today. I brought my vehicle in late for an exhaust repair and they stayed an hour past closing time to finish it for me. They did an excellent job on the repair and I appreciate their efforts.

The employees at the location were knowledgeable and friendly. They touched base with me as they deemed necessary. Explained everything for me to understand. They were positive and upbeat.

I was promptly helped by a guy who was very knowledgeable. He explained what I needed and why. Also explained what exactly was wrong with my vehicle. I left there a little lighter in the wallet but still happy. Great customer service.

Staff very helpful in showing me the issue with the wipers not working & what the glass repair shop did to the motor. I was able to get reimbursed for the parts & labor from them putting the wrong nut on the wipers. I would not been able to get that without the help of the Midas staff. Work was done very quickly!

Everyone there is incredibly kind, takes the time to thoroughly explain what is going on with my car and to answer any of my questions very patiently, they refer to my car by his name which makes me happy and really feel like they value him and me. They take excellent care of him. Every time I get my car back, he's in incredible shape, the communication is wonderful, the time they quote me for how long a service will take is always exactly right or they're done even faster than they say. I've never had a bad experience and I trust them completely with any service my car needs.
