Midas

The workers at Midas are very friendly and do a wonderful job. Its a nice place to take your car too.

Listened to my request, shared what could be done, and then did exactly what I thought should be done. The front brakes had been serviced much earlier but instead of indicating both front and rear brakes should be replaced they said the front brakes looked fine but the rear brakes needed attention. They did not try to convince me otherwise but told me the truth. That is why I went to Midas in Okemos and why I will return. The gentleman I dealt with was friendly, effective, and saw that the car was ready in a timely fashion. The store is a real credit to the Midas business! TJTweedy

I had an appointment for an oil change and they were still half an hour late to bring car in and took an hour and half. There was 2 customers in waiting room both just having an estimate done and said they have been there over an hour. I ended being there

I brought my car in for an oil change and the the Midas Okemos team kindly let me know of other serious safety problems my car had. The team took me back to the bay where my car was and *showed* me where the problems were so I knew they weren't lying to me (as often happens to women at car repair shops). The gentleman at the counter provided me with my options and explained what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. They were also very patient that I had to stay with my car and kind to me while I waited. Additionally, the Midas in Okemos was having equipment difficulties, but the staff still helped me and were kind despite the added stress. They were great!

short waiting time. i was little upset because technician did check mark customer refused other check e.g. fluid level, ..etc, while he did not even ask me. otherwise oil change was fine
