Extremely satisfied. They always communicate well and never have a problem scheduling! The best place in town to go. This is my fourth oil change and I will continue to use Midas.

The issue I had was in no way the fault of the staff...it was all SNAP financial. The employees Mark (store manager) and Arron (regional manager) vent over backwards to try to get the issue resolved even though they really didn't have to

They went over in detail what needed to be done with my breaks and showed my the issues. I had a frog jump into my Jeep trunk that morning and I asked if they could look for it, which Austin did. I did appreciate the weird request taken (somewhat) seriously!
