Mark and Austin were very helpful. Explained everything in detail. I have been using this Midas location since we moved to East Lansing in 2013. I feel very confident and comfortable with having my vehicles serviced there.

As always Robert and staff went out of their way to help me.

As always, Austin was always super friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to get me in when I walked in 15 minutes before my scheduled time. Didn't have to wait long for the tech to wrap up the oil change and tire rotate. He was detailed on inspecting my vehicle and provide recommendations.
