I appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Extra services like tire rotation not offered at Valvoline, etc. At 1st was frustrated to hear that the Black Friday coupon was not valid because "it was sent by corporate and franchises don't have to honor the coupons sent by corporate". Had an appointment and they got the car in on time and serviced quickly. Had low tire pressure warning 2 miles before I got there and they took care of it and made sure the warnings light was reset.
