"Very busy store. People are friendly and seem to know what they are doing. Pleased with the work, but not so happy about prices. Should be better pricing for seniors and disabled vets like myself."

Mike has always been effecient, honest and clear about any repairs or upcoming repairs that may be needed. We have at least 3 family vehicles we would never take anywhere else as long as Mike is there to personally take charge of repairs. Always very happy with service!

really caring people. only trouble I had was I had a scheduled appointment at 11 am and didnt get out until 3 pm. i understand they were busy but I could have had someone pick me up and leave the van had I known it would have been that long.

Chad handled today's transaction and provided the same exceptional service and friendliness that I have come to expect from all of the service staff and management. I always feel welcomed, with or without an appointment. I have had ample opportunity to observe them over time and it is obvious that they treat all of their customers with respect, patience, kindness, and above all--HONESTY--going above and beyond to ensure the customers' needs are satisfactorily met. This Midas location is the BEST!!!

We had an emergency brake job done do the failure of our calipers and you charged us four times the amount just for the parts for the same items we could have bought on our own from the parts store.Highway robbery!!!!!

I have use this location for well over 10 years and my experience here is always been very satisfactory. Usually I deal with Mike who has always given me excellent service. I have never been dissatisfied with any service that any of the employees at the MIDAS location has given me.

This location has the most horrible customer service / work put out I have ever encountered. All employees Smoking cigarettes inside / outside the shop right next to customers at all hours 730AM & 4PM same day treated this way- very unprofessional- no one

Mike the manager has been servicing my cars for over 15 years. Having long-term employees is critical for customer satisfaction and getting the car repaired correctly and having a long-term customer relationship with the staff makes me far more comfortable bringing my car here.
