Highly Satisfied is an understatement! I was having a pretty rough day and Dave and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my car fixed in a timely manner in order to get me to my dad at the hospital in time. They went out of their way to get a part from Elyria (which sadly ended up breaking right away), and then went BACK out to find another part, just to make sure everything worked out. My car is an OLD car whose parts are hard to find, so that meant the world to me. This type of service was not expected when I dropped my car off there and I cannot thank Dave enough! He was so friendly and helped explain my inspection and necessary next steps without making me feel like he was trying to upsell me. I could tell he genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help! I will most definitely be back to get those other issues fixed and I cannot thank him enough for the amazing communication. I loved getting all the texts and updates while I was away. Thank you so much for all you did, Dave!!
