Brian Thompson had a booked schedule and fit me in on an emergency basis!! He did the work himself even though he was short staffed!! He is an excellent store manager making sure his customers are satisfied!! His shop will be my go to shop from now on!!

Most importantly, they recharged my air conditioner and it blows cold air with no apparent leaks, that was a best case outcome. The associate explained what they did and how they did it and offered a follow-up visit to check for any leaks. I know a lot about car repairs, and what needs done vs. what could be done, but my family does not. I always feel comfortable sending my wife and kids there with car issues because I know they will be treated respectfully and fairly, that has not been my experience with other automotive service providers who have taken advantage of them.
