Great service and advice, did talk down on other business that I trust.

Thanks for getting me in! New rear brake pads and rotors before traveling for the holiday.

I was happy they could get me in as a walk-in but I told them I wanted a tire rotation. That did not happen. It used to be something that was included with the oil change but either way I would have paid for it. I have a small mark on one of my rims which was easy for me to spot my tires were not rotated. I will call them on Monday to find out why this was not done.

Staff was nice but it took over an hour for a scheduled oil change.

I stopped in because my van was acting funny when I tried to put it in gear. I was going on a long trip the following week and felt I needed to get this looked at. It was a Friday mid-afternoon. I explained this to the manager / technician and they said

"Frederick at Midas of Fairlawn was the most helpful! It?s nice to talk to someone who?s courteous, but also competent and friendly. They quoted me for rear brakes and rotors and when all was said and done, the total was less than the original quote!"

They tried to not replace my air filter

I scheduled an oil change and during the oil change I was called out to the bay. At this point Midas employee Mike was advising I needed rear rotors and brakes which at the time I advised Mike I have someone that does that type of work. Mike responded: s
