I wanted to tell you why I will never return to Midas of Madison Heights. I was there for service on 3-24-18 and had front struts installed. On 4-4-18 I braked while driving on 696 and my car began shaking and I was barely able to stop. I had my car towed

Midas was thorough, but the prices for labor were outrageous.

The store lead was very direct and clear cut. He is knowledgeable and gave me specific details regarding the issues my truck was having. He also gave me specific helpful information on another issue I am having with my truck. Knowledge is power. I appreciate him for that. It took less time than they told me it would for the part to be changed. I now understand that her over estimated to make sure they had enough time. I understand how customers waiting can get impatient. Good customer service skills.
