They were immediately available to inspect my car. The rep was friendly and understanding of my situation. The rep explained what was happening with my car—he seemed very knowledgeable and transparent.

"12/10/19 Walked in with advertised $18.99 oil change coupon ( * $5.00 disposal fee) and was asked for all my personal info and then given a ""quote"" of $60.00 by ""Keith"". Seriously : $30-35 ""add-ons""??? $15.00/labor??? -AND- 15-20 minutes of MY time wast"

James and Chris are the best. Very knowledgeable and explained things to me and showed me where things were messed up with the car. They really take care of the folks that come in!

They are always good to me. As a women, they don't treat me like an idiot. They are close and left me bring my fog in for pick up and drop off.

The technician who did my oil change forgot the tighten the oil cap under the hood and oil go all over.

It was totally a pleasant visit. The people were very friendly and the service was great. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend to others as well.

Kaitlin the manager at this location is top notch. Very knowledgeable and personable. Mechanics were great keeping me up to date on the service. They have certainly earned my business!!!

Confused as to why your site upgraded my review to 4 stars...I only gave you one star and that was because I had to select at least one in order to submit my review....???

Besides the oil change I had concerns about another issue with the car and the one working with me checked it out and gave me an estimate on it. He was Very honest.. not taking advantage of anyone.
