In past experiences they’ve usually try and talk me into every service and extra which can make me not return but that was not the case at Midas! Andre and his team of service technicians my Midas in Florence, KY always make me feel comfortable when I take our vehicles in for service. The work they do is notch and I feel comfortable returning for service and recommending them to others.

Eric, one of the service technicians, went above and beyond to complete the service. The initial service was not completed completely and rather than make me come back, Eric stepped forward and said he would fix the tire. He was not involved in the initial service but wanted to make it right. He should be considered for a next level role because he customer orientation was higher than the manager on site. The on site manager was indifferent, did not know there was an issue, and brushed me off. Eric did not.
