First of all I feel when you make a appointment you get there sson as they open you shouldn?t have to be there 6-8 hours and when you pay $ 800.00 for tire that they said are bigger like i ways looking for but end up smaller really **** me off..

If i schedule an appointment get my car in within a reasonable time after I arrive. Not 45 minutes later and not take a walk I'm before me.

Super expensive compared to ther places. They charge for labor by the job, not hourly like other shops. My 2 hr job cost 700 in labor. That's wrong

Brought my truck in to get my back brakes fixed with knowing I needed my front done also with tires and left out with a huge whole in my gas line that was not there when I came. Now that I've brought it back their saying they didn't do it and not gonna pay

My vehicle still did not work after 2 visits and 8 days had past. I took it to another mechanic who fixed it in 20 min. A new distributer cap and router $120.00 I spent around 800 with midas and my new mechanic says both parts they replaced was unnecessary . I will never return.

Your employees need a class in politeness to your customers the gentleman was very rude I had to make 3 different trips to Midas for three different people to look at the paper with the warranty that I had instead of them just making a copy the first time I went in then they kept my car from Saturday to Tuesday it was just a mess they didn't want to honor the 100% lifetime guarantee the guy even wrote on my paper that you know he would extend it out to the rotors being covered they said the rotors wasn't covered it was a big to do they finally gave in and did one rotor which they didn't do the other three I'm just very disappointed in the customer service with Midas and I would not recommend them nor go there again if something is not done and made right
