They listed my tire pressure as all 35. When I looked before I left the parking lot I looked and it 33, 33, 33, and 31 which tells me they didn't even check it.

check in was virtually 'silent' with very few details mentioned, nor was the price talked about - only seen on the estimate. seems the staffing and workload are not synchronized as there is more work than personnel

Had 3 o'clock appointment so got there at 245 then at 320 asked how long it would be they said they were finishing up oil change and I was next at same time they were pulling car in then at 340 pulled that car out that they pulled in at 320 then at 350 pul

i have still have the same problem even after paying $850 and letting them keeping my car 5 days. very dissatisfied

They replaced my tires and aligned them, however, when I got my van back it didnt ride the same. Its still not. They drove it and one guy stated that he didnt feel anything but one of the managers told me that he did feel the difference. Now theyre saying that it could be another problem. But it wasnt there before they put the new tires on. I also got new tire rods.

Had my car towed there for an electrical issue. 2 and a half weeks later it's still sitting in the parking lot with NO estimate as to when it's getting in or looked at. Have tow truck on the way to hook it to a shop I know can get the job done in a timely

Your staff is very professional. I like that they went the extra mile to bring my vehicle back in and check something that another mechanic shop said needed fixed. They showed me that it was nothing broken like the shop said. They put my fears to ease. The
