For once they actually took the time to explain to me what was going on with my vehicle and what my options were. They also explained to me another issue that I had with my vehicle that may potentially be a problem so that I could prepare for that I appreciate the great customer service.

I got a NYS inspection without any "surprises". I was scheduled the same day I called. John was friendly and communicative, and made me feel comfortable. I learned some things about DMV policy as well. Overall he made it feel like the place was on the "up and up", and it's appreciated.
