The Quote I got on the phone was different than what I was told inperson Cost was over $100 more and almost 2 hrs longerI told whoever answered the phone I would be using a check but when services were done I was told they don't accept checks. Frustrating..The Tech who worked on my van told me there is a Recall on my "Starting Issues" and printed out the Information I needed.So what started out being unsure of how this was going to end up, ended with a good note.

The day before my appointment they immediately took my car in for an inspection and estimate. They pointed us to a location where we could purchase parts. Then they scheduled us for the repair the next day. The repair took as long as they suggested. About an hour. My car was in better condition than when I brought it in. I feel confident driving it now.

The price of the service was clearly communicated and accurate. The team was prepared to have parts overnighted from the Syracuse location if needed, I scheduled for a few days later when I was not in need of the vehicle. It did take a little longer than what was originally discussed but understandably there were many vehicles in the shop that day.
