All very nice people and capable

Went in thinking it was a right rear wheel bearing. Once on the lift, they thought it was the left front wheel bearing. Wrong! Turns out it was a right rear tire cupped. So, they missed the diagnosis John is excellent, though, and worked with me on the labor charge. But, they left me with a tick in the left front and I need to return. Ugghh...bad luck this time around.

went for oil change but I wanted them to check the tire wear since never had. They said wheels were out of balance so I paid for them to balance but there was a shimmy afterwards, took it back and they said a weight was missing they put the weight on but it still shimmies. Going to take to dealer to find out what is wrong.
