Waited over one and a Half hours before you looked at my car to change the tires. also changed the radio station there was no need to play with the radio or anything else.

The manager at Clifton Park Midas is so nice, professional and thorough. He listens to the car issue and applies his knowledge to the problem and everything works out. I highly recommend this place.

I would not recommend because after telling the tech to balance the rear drivers tire he proceeded to tell me I needed to balance both of them and put the work order in for the front tires so I still had the shaking in my truck and paid for a service I did

They always go above and beyond. They don’t charge for services they can’t perform and provide quality customer service. I would highly recommend this shop. They also have a warranty on tires.

I don?t recommend to any body go there. Staff Over there don?t have enough experience other than that they focus on charging you money than fix your car issues. I took my car there for engine leaks and changing one of the coils. The jobs weren?t done even

I want to thank Midas and especially Jon Jarvis. He helped me quickly even though he was working on another car. On August 5th around 10am, I noticed one of my rear brake lights was out. Knowing that it's dangerous to other drivers and also a possible ticket by police, I was desperate to get it fixed immediately. I was 4 hours from home so I had to drive around to find a place. Three auto places said they couldn't do anything for me but then luckily I found Midas on Route 9 in Clifton Park. Even though he was busy, Jon Jarvis changed my rear light bulb wand me and my wife were very grateful. Thanks again!!!

Terrible service. Made appointment to get state inspection done. Dropped my car off. After waiting for 1hr and 15min i was told that there is only one guy who can do inspections and he's very busy. Turns out it was the same guy who schedule my appointment.

I came in w/o an appt. They were short-handed so he said I could return for service in and hour and 15 minutes. Gave me an appt. for that time. Returned at that time and was told it would be another 20 minutes by a different service rep. I told him I had the appt. and he got the car into the bay immediately. Very friendly and great communication skills. I originally came in because I had a slow leak in r. front tire. No charge to fix the tire but was informed I needed a tire valve sensor. That's where the leak was coming from. Replaced it for 99$. Also had the cabin air filter replaced for 19.99. No charge for the labor. Excellent customer service. I have already recommended this Midas to others. Will return when I need service again.
