From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with eye contact and a smile. He asked me why I was there and walked me through what would happen next. My car was immediately moved into a bay and inspected. He explained to me what was wrong, how to fix it and what it would cost. It took less than 15 minutes to get the ball rolling, and it was greatly appreciated.

Put my son in the car for preschool Thursday morning and had one tire at PSI 0. Rolled to a gas station and filled it to 35. Go to pickup my preschooler 2.5 hours later.. tire is down to 17. Took my tire to midas and there’s no leak. They had 3 different staff members evaluate the tire. No leak. But there’s the “ring of death” so I was advised to buy a new tire anyway. Not in stock but they can get it for me next day. They put my donut on. I come back the next day to find that they spent allllllll of their spare time between other customers checking my tire. Thursday night they filled it to PSI 40 and closed. They came in the next morning and it’s still at 40. So. We can’t solve the mystery of the tire that woke up and said “go f—k yourself” to me. But I can genuinely say they went above and beyond trying and communicating
