They are pretty quick on the oil changes. The last time I was there, I asked them to rotate my tires and they didn't. I know this because the CarFax said it was overdue. I asked them to rotate them on my most recent visit, watched them the entire time, but never saw a single tire come off. Yet, they told me they had been rotated. Hmmm.

The store manager was very rude to a customer who came in 5 minutes late to her appointment. The customer ended up walking out of the shop.

Was charged for more than what is listed that was supposed to be repaired and what I was told was repaired. Still having problems with my steering which was excellent before taking in. Service went from brakes to brakes, calipers, pad to hole in steering hose, replacement of steering front and 2 wheel alignment.

Oil change also charge extra labor for $28.64. Too expensive will not go again

Took our Jaguar in for an oil change and tire balance. Found out the vibration in the wheel was most likely from the front axle that was worn out. Completed everything in great time and car felt amazing to drive after service. Thanks!
