Mike confirmed my appointment quickly. He called within 30 minutes of dropping the car off with the estimate. He called 4 hours later when the repair was completed. Brakes are now back to normal.

Mike is great and helpful. Works to solve issues.

I've been a customer at this location for # years w/several cars. Mike and his team always provide excellent service with clarity re: pricing and service needs/timeline. Mike has fit me in for emergency same day service and even provided a courtesy shuttle. I'm loyal because I can trust I'm getting the best advice and quality service at a reasonable price, albeit not always inexpensive. Kudos to Mike, Chandler and the entire Sharonville team!

I have always had great service at this location. I feel that I can trust the staff to take the best care of my vehicle and not try to push services I don't need. I recently punctured one of my new tires. The replacement was hassle free.

The staff was very friendly and explained all of the issues to me clearly. They kept in contact with me to inform me of any changes or new issues detected. When Mike couldn't reach me by phone, he used his personal (I'm assuming) cell phone to text me the estimate and stay in contact with me. This was excellent customer service!
