I take my car ONLY to the Quaker Road location for all my servicing. Tom & Tim give most honest & caring service than anyone else I ever knew ! I've known them since I moved here in 2004. It remains without question this facility is HIGHLY RECOMENDED !

Bait and switch tactics. Called for an appointment to have my rear brake pads replaced. Waited almost an hour for my car to be taken for atest ride. Didn't ask to have it test driven just wanted rear brake pads put on it gotten an estimate over the phone just wanted the rear brake pads. When they finally returned with the car and brought it in pulled all wheels off open the hood pulled off air cleaners and then proceeded to tell me that I had leaking valve covers. All I wanted was my brake pads!

Way overcharged for diagnostics that took 2 hours and no answer. Got an oil change and coolant for $158* . Total rip-off.

I was very excited to get my new snow tires put on however was extremely let down when I found out that the tires I had ordered were the wrong size. Your employees were completely useless. Nobody wanted to help me and the entire time I was there you though

I was losing radiator fluid. I thought I had a leak in the system somewhere. They were going to do a pressure test. The mechanic raised my car and found a clip that had broken. Put a new one on and was able to drive it away. I don't have any leaks now.
