Went to the Muskegon Midas Location on 3-6-23. I thought I needed an alignment on my vehicle due to recent maintenance from the dealership. I ended up having loose bolts on my control arm and Jake (Employee at Muskegon Location) came to me and said I tightened all the bolts but I would contact the dealership because that could have been REALLy bad. I was not charged for that diagnosis from Midas, so that was very nice of them. My family could have been hurt due to the issues and Jake fixed it! I ended up coming back in and got Jake a $50 gift card and a card to say thank you. Will be going back for my new tires/ alignment when ready! Thank you very much and I appreciate everyone at the Muskegon location (off Henry St.). Please acknowledge the employees at this location, please!!
