I dropped the car off yesterday, it was diagnosed by 9 am today, and the mechanic who called me was extremely intelligent and explained things clearly and in a friendly manner. He also took the time to check my transmission just to be sure that wasn’t an issue either.

Didn't have an appointment so I had to sit a couple hrs, but still for the price can't complain.

I make an appointment and drop the vehicle off. Two hours later they have not even looked at it. Why make an appointment if you are too busy to even get my vehicle in the garage at that time?

Brian and his crew are always so nice and honest. I have been having my 2003 Durango serviced with Midas for years and it runs like a new car. Poor Jacob had to give me the bad news that they couldn’t service my vehicle because of rusted body mounts. He could have easily gave me an oil change and sent me on my way but he informed me that my vehicle was unsafe to drive….but he had to agree at how well my old vehicle ran☺️

I made an appointment and was able to bring my vehicle 2 days prior and they got it in and completed. They did not keep my car hostage all day. If was returned to me without grease and dirt all over. They were very respectful of my property. Thank you MIDAS, 😊 That's your touch...
