I scheduled an appointment for tire rotation. I was greeted by "Dillan", I am fairly sure that is his name. I was 15 mins early, No problem he said. Took my car in, told me I did not need tire rotation, I asked what about a wheel alignment, no. I really appreciate his honesty, I have never visited this location..... I don't think you'll get rid of me now... any vehicle issues I have I will return to this location, I recently moved to Cincy from Los Angeles and have been searching for a reliable mechanic.....
