The intake person was very nice and efficient. She explained everything and advised if I wanted to go out to shops nearby, she would call when car was ready. It appears they checked many car functions and told me all was well and sent me on my way.

All employees really seemed to care.

Came in early on a Saturday. We're very busy. Needed new brakes. Manager "Alex" said he could squeeze me in. Kept me informed about inspection, price and time of service. Both front desk personnel were very friendly to all who came in that day. Even mechanics and techs that came in lobby were friendly. Satisfied with the overall experience. Will be back for future mechanical problems and oil changes.

The person i talked to at check in ( Emma) was extremely nice and helpful. She was not able to give me an exact time or the estimated cost but promised to get back to me early the next day, and I did indeed a call back 1st thing in the morning with an exact price and estimated time to complete.
