My car needed inspection. They got it right in. They told me the necessary work needed and what was recommended. I felt confident and trusted their professional assessment. I had all recommended work done with no regrets. They will keep this car rolling!

I've been coming to the Watertown NY branch for 5 yrs since I moved down here. And I'm alway taken care of. And not told I need something done when I can wait. Ex: spark plugs 154. was too much for me to pay after getting my muffler changed.

I?ve used this location twice. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They Know what they?re doing and take good care of your car. They also appreciate your business and it shows. Not many businesses show their appreciation anymore. I highly recommend them.

The staff all seem like decent people. Generally, their schedule is flexible. Midas has a wide access to inventory for multiple vehicle repairs.
