"been going to midas for several years for oil change, last time in January I noticed a new manager at the store. Went to have breakfast while store to do oil change and tire rotation. A call from mgr said hadto see me, went to store, he said really needed"

The service was fast and efficient. The staff was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only did they help me understand the problem with my vehicle, they also explained exactly how and why they were correcting it.

will never go back you took advantage of my wife sold her a 18.88 air filter that was not needed that i could get at a parts store for 10 bucks and exhaust cost more than was stated

I visited Midas to replace a stolen catalytic converter. While my insurance company took an entire month to pay on the claim, the staff was understanding and patient. They never complained as my vehicle sat in their shop for this extended amount of time. As soon as the funds became available from insurance, Midas repaired my vehicle the same day, immediately upon request. They truly made it easy to deal with a frustrating situation. Performed oil change and tire rotation, thought front pads and rotor needed replaced & i explained i did as only keeping until market became better to buy & told him to just do pads because rotors weren’t that bad & no pressure & just st did work
