I feel perfectly confident that the service i request will be done to a high standard. If they become aware of another issue with the car it will be discussed in detail and options presented for cost and safety. As well , each interaction is pleasant and welcoming. As a single senior it gives me great comfort to know I have a reliable service centre for my car.

Over time, I have come to trust Tina and the boys as honest brokers. If it needs to be fixed/replaced or is coming up, I hear about it and the solution is not crazy priced. At their shop, I don't feel that someone is mining my wallet which is exactly like the Stealerships.

Kane has always been very communicative and very friendly to work with. Excellent customer service. I feel for a dealership auto service centre the pricing is very good and honest. There are some non-dealership options that cost less, and will just have to see how the economy goes as every dollar is pretty sacred right now.
