Mainly worked with Frank, with Wes I guess inspecting and working on the car? But anyhow, they were great! I’ve been to Midas on Glen Erin and Winston Churchill before, which they were great as well. So first time with Midas at this location on Burnhamthorpe since it was more convenient. And it felt like the same great service and customer engagement as I had with the other Midas. Frank did a great job explaining the whole process, work to be done, cost, and even helping me to learn more about my car and its maintenance. He cared about the car and me, so overall I am very satisfied with the service received. I look forward to my next service with you guys! Thanks again :)
