After her winter tires were swapped for summer, my daughter was told that her summer tires were dangerously bald with 3/32" tread remaining. This was a complete lie, with 5/32" or more tread dept measured. Was it intentional to scare up business or was it incompetence? I am not sure but I am very concerned either way. Former Midas management (Arun) was completely honest and trustworthy. New management had better call me to apologize and explain or I will never be back. Steve Collins 416-817-6302. Have better customer service at this location. Front desk staff appeared to comment on things that were not relevant to their position - for example: speaking on behalf of the car tech for why my brake lights were supposedly once working, not working, and then working again. Losing my paper work. Not calling me once a service was complete and my car was ready to be picked up. Car techs assessment was not fully place on the assessment sheets I received.
