The staff at my local Midas is very friendly and courteous. I was not able to come by in the afternoon to pick up the vehicle. So they offered to keep my car locked up safe inside the garage. I was really happy with that suggestion and it was very kind of them to offer that option.

Midas guys are professional but it seems they are very busy so they dont give much time to explain. But overall it is good place to go and service.
