Obliged my last minute request to change tires for the winter - on inspection Bobby informed winter tires needed replacing and gave several suggestions on which tires and why to purchase. Didn't feel pressured and was well informed of the price and safety

I went online to make my first appointment with Midas upon receiving a coupon for a discounted oil change price. I received a phone call to apologize that they were completely tied up with winter tire change demands and offered time slots in about 3 weeks. I had two cars requiring servicing so I made an appointment. Received regular reminders of the upcoming appointments . Dropped the cars off at the scheduled times between 10AM - 12 PM and the follow day between 2PM and 4 PM . Both cares were serviced well within the 2 noir window. Wonderful people to deal with.

Great service and always courteous and punctual.

Was able to book an on line appointment quickly and easily for a wheel alignment. Dropped car off night before and use the drop box. Work was done by end of day as promised and within the estimated costs. All around good customer service.
