I?ve recently located to Hamilton and I?ve been seeking a good mechanic. I can finely say I?ve found one. I was treated respectfully and honestly. The shop was clean and professional and provided a comfortable environment.

Staff is always friendly and helpful at this location. They explain in detail what they found, and what next steps should be for my vehicle.

Hans and his crew are fantastic. They always take care of my car and give me a fair price. That's why I keep coming back.

I had a tight schedule that day of my booked service and this Midas were right on prompt for what the promised wait time of the service was.

I was very pleased with the service and staff was very friendly.

Chantel went over and above as always to make sure I got the right tires for my car. Despite having to go back and forth over the phone a few times. Even called to warn me that the tires I wanted didn't match the type that were on the car and helped me pick something else. Even up sold me 3 additional tires which I'm really glad she did. I didn't realize just how bad I needed it until I got there.

The staff are always great, it’s nice to see a female staff in an automotive garage, and no one ever tries to sell me anything I don’t need there

I am very happy with the service at Midas. Due to them making an honest mistake of ordering the wrong snow tires (one digit off) I received a free oil change and free installation of two of the tires. Service is always friendly and honest.
