"When I called to book an appointment, I was quoted the ""special"" price for oil change and courtesy inspection. The next day, upon arrival, the manager said they made a mistake and that the special wasn't available now. They should have honoured the price"

Engagement with the service desk was informative. There was a place I could go to eat or entertainment (restaurant). It was also not a crowded seating area to wait in. I was not satisfied with No free WiFi.

Everything was explained. Prices quoted were really close. Updated often. Told what service they did. They were friendly and helpful. I use this Midas when anything goes wrong with my vehicle.
