Very accomodating concerning appointment. Reception very friendly n explained things I didn't understand....including final costs. It was nice to hear "your car is in good shspe" rather than future problems. Staff friendly with each.other making fir pleadant atmosphere.

Lovely staff

Service was efficient, quick and affordable. The clerk at the desk was friendly and helpful with all of my questions. My only concern was towards pricing. No price was communicated to me before repairs so I was sitting in the waiting room stressed about what I was going to be charged. At the end of it all, it was affordable, but I would’ve loved to hear at least a quote beforehand.

There was a sense of urgency as brake ceased as we started vacation. Even though we were in holiday season Ruth managed to get us in, fix the problem and get us back in the road.
