Your tech guy that was working on my car appeared to be uncertain and spend a long time on the front passenger tire. I was in at 8 and it was finished at 12.30. It was also was expensive.

I have never been offered a coupon at the shop. If I don't know about it I don't get the coupon. They are on their website. When I mention it the they ask me to print and bring it in.
