The Thunder Bay Midas location has been my go to shop for a few years now. Each of the employees are friendly, personable, and trustworthy. They are great communicators and honest with what the issue is, the quoted cost, as well as why they are doing the work that they are completing. The shop owner is exceptional! He took the time to inspect my vehicle himself in order to give me an accurate quote and to have an honest conversation about what to expect from my vehicle. I have recommended Midas to all of my friends and I will continue to do so. As a young female, it is important to me that I feel welcome and respected in a shop environment. At the Thunder Bay Midas, I can say that both of those statements are true.
