the part that was installed was faulty. we found out when we got home and the lights on the dash were going off. We called, they brought us back the next day and completely repaired the issue.

As always I was greeted in a friendly manner we discussed the problems I was having and soon the fellow was able to tell me what was wrong and fix the problem.

The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Printed out my previous visit to ensure that I have the oil product needed. I was in and out quickly.

I have been going to Midas on Taunton Rd, Oshawa since 2012. I have never been disappointed in the service and kindness I received from these professional hard working men. What a joy to be able to trust them with my 2010 Cobalt. This last visit I took my car in early Saturday morning without a scheduled appointment for that day, since Andrew Wise was so kind to me on the phone. He explained that all appointments were booked, but they would try to check on my car to see what was wrong. The work may have to be completed on the following Monday. What a joyous moment when Lee Jenkins called me with the news they would be able to get the work completed. Thank you to Steve West for doing such an amazing job. These 3 men, Andrew, Lee, Steve and those in the work area are a gift to all those who come into their work environment. They have help me keep my car running well, safely and smoothly.
