Friendly staff got my door handle fixed properly and when they said it would be finished.

Staff was very friendly, and service was fast.

The attending person (Sheila) was very knowledgeable and straight forward. A technician (I think Paul was doing service work as well) was also in the office during the introduction of service options and review of pricing. We did not stay during the service, though the waiting area was very comfortable and inviting. We returned as the service (inspection of the exhaust system which has just started to make a guttural sound, and an oil change) was completed, and were presented with options for further work. All of this was well explained and though some of it likely should have been proceeded with (such as a very blocked filter for the cabin air, which I do realize causes the system to have to work much harder to provide air) we simply didn't have time. We don't live full time in the City, so we are not highly likely to return for further service, though I certainly would not hesitate if we were in the vicinity (which may not occur as we stay in North York). The experience was very positive, as I have also experienced elsewhere (such as in Kingston, where you have excellent people representing the company). With thanks, Kim
