Everything went very well

When I called in to inquire about getting some work done the rep who I spoke with was very accommodating in booking me in. Once I arrived Brian and his colleague were both very helpful in dealing with my issue. They both made me feel confident that were both looking out for my best interest. I was able to have my vehicle repaired within a very short period of time and I was back on the road in no time. I watched the way they treated other customers and their sincerity and kindness along with product knowledge was commendable. I would have no issues bringing my vehicle here for more work and I would also recythem to others.

Anytime I need anything from my vehicle I bring it to this Midas. The management is excellent and the level of knowledge is superb. I completely trust the employees here and know my vehicle is in great hands. Would recommend to anyone!

Friendly staff

I had the front Brake Pads and Rotors replaced on my 2002 Jeep Liberty. The work was done efficiently and in the amount of time that I was quoted. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received.

The experience and knowledge of the front staff was evident. It made me feel at ease, even as I watched with with other customers.

I booked an appointment online but left a comment to call me if they and anything earlier. A customer service rep called me first thing the next morning and offered me an earlier appointment. Check in and pick up of my vehicle was fast and efficient. The customer service reps were friendly and appeared to enjoy their job. The sale on the oil change is what drew me to try a service at Midas and I was pleasantly surprisedbas there were no hidden fees.

I can't say enough good things about the staff...friendly...competent and really wanted to keep my business. I recommend these guys to anyone...they really understand customer service
