The job was done on time, I was called with a specific diagnosis as to what the issue was, how much it would cost, etc. It was fixed properly and the customer service was overall superb.

Chris and Paul were very helpful and kind and informative. There were a couple of minor missed items when we picked up the SUV on the 19th so we returned it on the 23thd and they rectified it ASAP and with no charge. We appreciated that very much.

I was informed of the necessary repairs but unable to make the repairs at that time (I had just had my brakes serviced). When the opportunity to complete the repair came up, the countermand recognized me and remembered my repair that was “on hold”. I was given instant access to a repair time, and reminded of the costs. I was not inconvenienced in any way and reminded about retorting my wheels for safety.
